How much will it cost?
This is determined on a case by case basis. The price is generally determined by the services required and the length of time to complete the job/s. We offer a no obligation free quote before each job so you know exactly how much it’s going to cost before we even begin. How long does it take?
Appointments may last from one hour to all day or longer. When making your booking you can ask for a time estimate to complete the work.
How often should I clean my windows?
We recommend a quarterly window cleaning service, but we have many options that can be adjusted to suit your needs.
What services does Simply offer?
We offer the following residential and commercial and cleaning services:
- Interior and exterior windows
- House washing

- Guttering and downpipes
- Decks, fences, and patios
- Solar panels, skylights
- Shower glass – for water stain removal
What do you use to clean the windows?
We use a specialised window cleaning detergent and water. It’s environmentally friendly and it doesn’t leave streaks!
Is it necessary to be home during the window cleaning or house washing?
If you wish to be home during the window cleaning or house washing process we are happy to book an appointment which suits your schedule. However, it’s not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. We can start on the inside windows and once we are finished, you can lock up and leave and we can continue on the exterior windows. For house washing, we don’t normally need access inside the house.
Can you remove paint/varnish from my windows?
Yes we can! We have a process by which we can safely remove material such as paint, varnish, concrete and stickers. This does take longer than a standard clean and is not included in the normal price. Please mention this when requesting a quote.
Will you call me to remind me that my windows are due to be cleaned?
If you would like to be put on a regular schedule for the services, we will happily do this and will contact you a week before your window clean is due to schedule a time that suits you.
Can you wash mould off my house?
Yes we can! Our house washing team uses biodegradable, eco-friendly detergent to remove all the dirt, grime and mould etc and prevent the regrowth of mould and mildew.
How do you clean gutters?
Every gutter cleaning job is done by hand unless there is a health and safety issue. The clean includes debris removal and down pipe flushing.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask it that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any items that may be on the windowsills such as antiques or breakable items.
