Residential window cleaning

We are focused on providing a competitive and quality service, tailored specifically to meet your specific requirements.

As an indicative price for residential homeowners:

For a single storey, 3-bedroom, medium sized house (approx. 120m²), for a full interior and exterior window cleaning service. Pricing from $250 (incl GST).
For a two storey, 4 bedroom, larger sized house. Pricing from $440 (incl GST).

Plus our SuperGold discount: For persons aged 65 and over, we offer a 10% discount for SuperGold cardholders.

How we schedule our work

As part of our commitment to provide our competitively priced service, we manage our work in part by the location of the job and when the service is required.

With Auckland and the Waikato region being of reasonable size, we optimally manage our team to complete a cluster of work, by specific regions. This ensures we minimise our work downtime and it effectively reduces any ‘lost’ work time due to either driving across town and/or traffic congestion issues.

With this approach of managing jobs by location, it helps us keep our costs down. This is reflected in our pricing to you, our client. When you book in your job, we will come back to you shortly after the booking and agree / confirm the date and time. Our focus remains always on providing a prompt and efficient service.

Payment of service

Residential homeowners

For residential homeowners we will email you an invoice once your job has been completed, and payment is due within 7 days. On the invoice it will include our bank account details for online banking payments. That is our preferred method of payment, but we do accept payment in cash.

Commercial businesses

For commercial customers we also will email you an invoice once your job has been completed, and payment is due by the 20^th of the month following the date of invoice. We offer this to our commercial customers as part of recognising standard commercial invoicing practices. The invoice supplied will include our bank account details, which is our preferred method of payment.
